This course will be an overview of artistic activity in the Ionian Islands and the post-revolutionary Greece, with particular emphasis on painting. The course aims to familiarize the student with a cultural sector of our country that is often overlooked and help him to understand the way in which the modern Greek artists express their own identity through their work and convey to their audience.
