English Language - Medical Terminology I (Αγγλική Ιατρική Ορολογία I) is a course intended to help 1st year medical students with their studies in Medicine. The main purpose is to explore the basic medical terminology and develop primarily reading skills but attention is also paid to writing, speaking and listening. On completion of this course, students should be able to read and comprehend English medical journals and books from a wide range of specialisms (e.g. obstetrics, neurology, cardiology).
