Objectives

The course aims to introduce students to the fundamentals of Computer Science and Information Systems with an emphasis on points which are critical knowledge of the subject of Direction and to be taught in more detail in the following semesters.

Syllabus

The organization of computers in terms of hardware and its functioning. Numerical systems with emphasis on representation of numbers, convert between systems and the underlying instruments. Operating systems, types and their role. The programs and software applications. The basic design and software development concepts, algorithms, flow and programming languages ​​diagrams. Computer networks and the Internet. The principles, the structure and operation of the databases. The basic concepts and types of metadata, with emphasis on culture.
