Psychomotor and Physical Education in Early Childhood


Students attending this course will be able, by the end of this semester, to: • creatively and critically plan open activities of physical education, based on the special developmental characteristics and needs of all children, and involve them in their evaluation • integrate physical education activities in the educational routine by using a multidimensional, holistic approach • contribute to children’s development of positive attitudes and experiences regarding health promotion and lifelong exercise


Objectives

Prerequisites

The monitoring of the course is mandatory. Lectures (theoretical part) and laboratory exercises (laboratory part). In the laboratory exercises students / s are trained in the application of the knowledge acquired, and is mandatory for participation in the final exam. Details on the organization of the laboratory exercises given by the instructor at the beginning of the semester.
