Familiarizing students with conditions relating to the science of molecular biology. Understanding the dynamics of various molecular techniques with a view to their use in food microbiology. The realization of selected molecular methods in the laboratory and the selection of the most appropriate technique that can be applied to serve the purpose of each experimental design.
