Objectives

Students after the end of the class should be able to: Understand the complex relationship of humans and the environment and theories on the nature of this relationship Know the basic principles of the emergence of agriculture and animal husbandry Be familiarized with the global agrofood system and its problems and challenges Be familiarized with land management peculiarities in the Mediterranean and Greece Be able to produce a small scientific paper
