Corporate Finance


The purpose of this course is to teach the basic analytical concepts and techniques of financial business, a higher level, covering a range of modern methods of corporate finance and advanced financial management issues. More specifically, the purpose of the course is to acquaint the students with the procedures and the methodology of decision of funding, forecasts and investment evaluation methods, and the sources and business financing processes.


Objectives
