Contempory financing methods

In this course the sources and processes of business financing are presented. The role, usage and complexity of financing functions and operations in a changing business environment are analysed, and new financing tools and products are presented.

Objectives

Upon successful completion of this course, the student is expected to: • Be understanding of the sources and business financing processes. • In addition, expected to understand the use, the role and complexity of financial operations. • Be aware of the types of conditions and terms of financing and new financial products.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of basic principles of Accounting and Corporate Finance.
