Organizational Behaviour and Leadership


Organisational Behaviour analysis levels. Individual level, group level and level of organization systems. The person in the organization includes attitudes and job satisfaction, emotions and moods, personality and values ​​and motivational concepts. The group level involves the foundations of group behavior, understanding of cooperative groups, leadership, conflict and negotiation. Objectives

Upon successful completion of this course the student will be able to: Understand and recognize the factors that comprise and affect the organizational behavior and its role in management theory and practice. Know the basic motivation theories of the individual and how they are used in space labor.
