By completing this specific course, the student will have obtained a thorough view of design formulation, the basic pharmaceutical procedures about production and the processes concerning different types of formulations, as well as the quality control tests and their evaluation. The students participating at the practical exercises conducted within the academic course, are able to apply all the theoretical information of basic pharmaceutical processes and production of drug formulations in practice. Presentation of the industrial production methods for solid and gas formulations, the auxiliary substances and the methods of evaluation and quality control. The correlation of working circumstances and the properties of bioactive molecules and excipients of formulation to the properties and the quality of the final product is thoroughly analyzed.
