Mechanics of materials


This course aims to study the behavior of deformable structures under the influence of external loads. Divided into two thematic subsections. The Statics and Strength of Materials. STATICS This course is one of the foundations of engineering sciences since studying how they respond structures (institutions) external loadings. STRENGTH OF MATERIALS The strength of materials is the branch of engineering that studies the strength of solids under pressure, the stress distribution in solids, deformities and relations trends - deformations.
