FINANACIAL MANAGEMENT AND POLICY II


General Objective of Financial Management and Policy II is to gain knowledge regarding the maximization of enterprise value. It does so through three functions namely investment decisions, financing decisions and financial analysis.


Objectives

Upon successful completion of this course the student will be able to: • Does the funding sources for the smooth running of the business. • Analyzes the structural relationships between investments and the sources of funds. • Identifies the process by which the structure of capital specified in the instrument. • Know the basic principles for financing a business and source of funds. • Review and analyze the long-term financing of the company. • Know the stock and bond valuation methods • Applies the dividend policies techniques • Know the importance of the time value of money in business decision-making process.


Prerequisites

Basic accounting and mathematical knowledge. There are no prerequisite courses.
