Hotel Management


The course aims at a better understanding of the characteristics and the typology of hotels, of the key principles of hotel management and of the impact of the hotel sector on the Greek economy.


Objectives

At the end of this course the student should be able to: 1. determine and analyze the operational and entrepreneurial characteristic of a hotel, 2. handle key aspects of business planning for a hotel, 3. assess the quality of hotel services.
