Power semiconductors (diodes, Thyristor, GTO, MCT, PowerBJT, PowerMOSFET, IGBT, TRIAC) Circuits with switches and diodes (load with RC, RL, RLC) Semiconductor protection, vibration damping - Snubbers, MOVs, limiting coils di / dt, fuses, sensors power - protection through drive. Rectifiers, Polyphase rectifiers, thyristor controlled rectifier. RL and LC low pass filters, Fourier analysis, harmonic spectrum use in power electronics, ripple coefficient (K), total harmonic distortion factor (THD), harmonic factor (HF), power factor (PF).
