The module deals with the basic human resources management approaches.

Upon completion of this course the student should know the following concepts : -Concept and content of Human Resources Management . -Planning of Human Resources and forecasting needs. -Analysis and job description -Design works -Staffing -Performance Management - Rating -Compensation Systems -Management of Employee Relationship

As key components of Human Resource Management is the organization that is planning the organizational and jobs as well as the staffing ie finding manpower including planning to meet the needs and selection of staff.
