Introduction in History of Art


Presents a historiographical overview on origins and genealogy of art history as a science, historical relations with the antiquarian, rare collections and curiosities objects, archaeological excavations, the expertise, and then the story in the modern meaning, philosophy and the other sciences, such as the domain goes to its relative autonomy in the 19th and 20th century. It will also examine, in detail, the historical period of 7th art and key artistic movements of modern European art. Finally, we present the basic historical and modern methods developed and applied in the field of analysis of morphology art, imagery, cultural and social history, feminism, post - colonial models.
