Digitization and Digital Image Processing (Theory)


The course is a basic introduction to the concepts of digitization of cultural heritage and the concepts of media and the methods used for the use and integration of cultural interest in applications.


Objectives

This course aims to introduce students to the basic concepts of digitization and processing of digitized files generated. Particular emphasis is on multimedia applications, namely the capture and analysis of requirements, design with emphasis on multimedia resources, the evaluation of multimedia applications.
