Purpose and Objectives of the course To familiarize students with the fundamental principles of the administrative action (Laws Rolland) To learn forms of alternative contracting out concessions and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) To learn about the crime of piracy and ways to deal with it and new forms of enterprise storage with armed guards The course of the overall presentation of the institutional framework of trade and traders (natural and legal persons) and finally an introduction to consumer law as diaplastike within the EU and then incorporated into our domestic law.

Syllabus

The course provided formal: 1. with physical education as an optional subject Compulsory (O / W) with Code 626, F Semester direction Business Administration (former Department EPDO) while alternatively 2. asynchronous e-learning, both for the other students of the Business Administration Department and to any other interested parties. Purpose and Objectives of the course To familiarize students with the fundamental principles of the administrative action (Laws Rolland) To learn forms of alternative contracting out concessions and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) To learn about the crime of piracy and ways to deal with it and new forms of enterprise storage with armed guards The course is divided into two main sections. In the first section, introducing the concept of law and distinctions, discussed the Greek trading system (subject to commercial law, merchantability system of trade) and analyzed the impact of the commercial property. It also addresses the law of industrial property (trade name, trademark, patent, industrial designs and competition law (free and unfair). In the second section presents the institutional framework for the operation of key corporate types recognized by the Greek legal system . More specifically, describes the establishment, organization and functioning of basic organizational forms of companies operating in Greek law, that is, urban company, general partnership, limited partnership company, silent partnership, limited company, private limited company and private limited company. Finally, attempted an introduction to specific legislation concerning the consumer law (health and safety areas, protection of financial interests). The fact that the legislature has been especially prolific in adopting directives and other consumer protection measures requires the modern entrepreneur kept informed on these issues, as ignorance or disregard of the law can lead to extremely difficult economic position (such as obligation to pay high compensation, cancellation of contracts, suspension of operation of the enterprise).
