Organizational Behaviour


In the course of "Organizational Behavior" students will study the following topics: -Exploration and development of the art of reading and understanding of Organizational life. -New ideas while approaching situations from other perspectives - Wide and diverse reading creates a wide and diverse range of activities available. -Less effective problem solvers who interpret everything from a fixed point of view - Collision with the obstacles that can not overcome through monolithic behaviors.


Objectives

The course aims to teach students the necessary knowledge they need to effectively run an Organization. As part of the course, students are required to understand the operation of the Organization and the special activities of managers. Further, students are asked to interpret human behavior that takes place in Organizations. After successful completion of the course, students should: -Distinguish the role of Organizational Conduct within the Organization. -Examine the results of the implementation of Organizational Conduct in Organizations -Plan the operation of a modern Organization in accordance with the principles of Organizational behavior -Propose solutions based on the principles of Organizational behavior -Recognize the importance of organizational behavior.
