The aim of this course is familiarizing with strategic thinking and recognition of the rapidly changing environment and the impact of the development of strategies to achieve the mission and goals of enterprises, business associations and financial institutions .

In this course we will deal with the following meanings : Introduction to Business Strategy Strategic Planning and its stages Analysis - Diagnosis of the external environment Forecasts foreign and interior conditions of business Theory of SWOT ( Capabilities - Weaknesses - Opportunities - Threats ) Study Cases with SWOT analysis corporate Mission Visa Basic Strategy Analysis and Evaluation of Alternative Strategies Select appropriate strategies .
