Electrotechnics and Electronics

Voltage, current, resistor, inductor, capacitor at constant current. Voltage, current, resistor, inductor, capacitor, impedance to alternating current. Coordination. Indirect and direct measurement of real, reactive and apparent power monophasic consumption. Indirect and direct measurement of single-phase power factor consumption. Power factor correction. Three-phase voltage, current, power and power factor. Relations between the electrical transformer sizes. Oscilloscope: measurements - controls. Rectifier, rectifying devices. Design of industrial and manufacturing facilities in terms of wiring and how feed.

Objectives

On the one hand gaining experience in experimental investigation related phenomena aimed at a deeper understanding of specialty courses and responsiveness of graduates to the demands of modern technology, on the other hand the development of activities in basic applied research for achieving concrete results. After successful completion of the course students are able: • be able to assemble DC and AC circuits. • to conduct various electrical measurements and sizes with corresponding electronic analog or digital instruments. • be familiar design elements in industrial and manufacturing facilities. • to extract general conclusions through graphical and / or computational processing measurements. • to assess the quantitative accuracy of the final results and • to prepare a written report.
