Modern finance forms

Τhe course "Modern Modern finance forms" seeks to solve case studies in financial problems, and the comparison and the assessment of new financial business products on both the domestic and international market. Upon successful completion of the course (theory and exercises), the student will be able to know the basic modern financial tools. They will also be able to assess which of the modern forms of financing is interest in obtaining a firm to minimize borrowing costs.

Objectives

The student will acquire knowledge and skills giving the opportunity to:     Understanding the concepts of modern forms of financing.     Understanding how the modern forms of financing work.     Realizing how businesses can be funded by modern financing forms .     Using modern forms of financing for the benefit of the company by reducing the cost of financing.     Analyzing the modern forms of financing that business use in order to obtain the desired consistency and efficiency.
