Digital image processing (DIP) is a broad scientific object that was developed by the rapid evolution of computer technology. The term image is commonly used by the simple representation of a scene and includes the processing of all kinds of information. Ultrasound, magnetic resonance images, satellite photos etc. can be processed as digital images. The objectives of PSEE are: 1) The digitization and encoding of images for storage, transmission and printing. 2) The improvement and restoration of images for better visualization. 3) The analysis and understanding of images
