Organizational Behavior (OCW)


Organizational behavior is the scientific study that emphasizes the understanding of human factor at an individual, group and organizational level. In particular, it sets out to delineate individual and team behavior within organizations, in order to facilitate the design of appropriate organizational procedures, policies and practices.


Objectives

This course aims at • Providing students with related theories that delineate employee behavior in the organizational setting. • Promoting awareness regarding the practical implications of related theory within organizations and their overall results • Promoting awareness regarding the pivotal role of the human factor for organizations • Enhance the responsibility and team-working ability of participants
