Consumer behavior and the buying process is the central focus of marketing. The course, focuses on the purchase decision in the selection of products and services.


Objectives

The course purpose is to develop and cultivate students with the skills that will support them in obtaining, understanding and analyzing information for the consumer-client business (in the role of the buyer) that will lead to substantial customer oriented marketing strategies
