The course examines the culture of Mycenaean Greek-speaking population of southern Greece trunk, which, from the 17th century. B.C. at least, and formerly hegemonic centers in Argolida and Messinia, gradually form a wide territory homogeneous culture. From the period of R excavations. Schliemann and Chr. Tsountas to the decipherment of Linear B script and the modern interdisciplinary approach old and new data, the Mycenaean Archaeology is a milestone of the transition from the Aegean prehistory to the early Greek times.
