Comparative Ecclesiastical Law Ι


This course comparatively examines the prerequisites and the procedures by which religious organizations obtain their legal personality according to various state laws. It mostly refers to the first two pillars of the common Ecclesiastical Law, namely: i. the international and constitutional right to obtain legal personality and the legal claim for regulation of the procedure of obtaining legal personality on behalf of the states.
