Social security law


The course examines the legal dimension of the social security (social insurance). In particular there are examined the conceptual delimitations, the architecture of the social security system, its historical dimensions, contemporary issues, the general principles of social insurance, the insurance provided by IKA-ETAM, social risks, sickness, maternity, accidents at work and professional disease, senility, death, old-age, invalidity and survivors’ pensions, unemployment insurance.
