The course deals with the meaning and definition of quality, cost of quality, quality control as well as with the known quality assurance systems. Moreover analyzed the steps to certification of EMS and by TQM.

Course objectives inclue - the understanding of the concept of quality, - the understanding of the concept of TQM, - the understanding of quality assurance systems - the understanding of the need for the implementation of quality systems, - the understanding of adaptation and implementation of ISO standards
