Enzyme food biotechnology (principles of enzymatic kinetics and enzymikoi bioreactors). Microbial Technology (concepts, principles and calculations of microbial cell bioreactors '). Standardization, optimization and scaling biodiergasias. Molecular Biotechnology Foods. Biotechnology Food Products.
