Management in Tourism Enterprises


Study of the tourism phenomenon by examining the social and financial factors which affect it. Moreover, the function of the hotel units is analyzed giving emphasis to the singularities they present.


Objectives

Upon successful completion of this course, the student should: 1. Acquisition of knowledge in order to enable review of entrepreneurship in the tourism industry. 2. Acquiring knowledge of management specificities of the different types of businesses in the sector.


Prerequisites

• Basic Principles of Business Administration.
