History of Institutions


Τhe course History of Institutions is an optional course about special legal institutions of Ottoman Property Law and their lasting validity in contemporary Greek Property Law. It also concludes study and commentary of modern jurisprudence, especially of the Greek Supreme Court (Areios Pagos).
