DERIVATIVE FINANCIAL & EXCHANGE


Upon successful completion of this course, the student will acquire knowledge and skills thereby given the opportunity to: • Know the modern financial products such FutureskaiSwaps-CDS • (Credit Default Swaps) - Forward rate agreements. • Actively participates in ASE and ADEX • Recognizes the overall risk of the shares and the respective portfolio. The student with comprehensive theoretical training and acquiring specific knowledge and skills should be able to make: • Investment Evaluation. • Preparation of financial analyzes and assessments. • Provide financial advice and preparing financial studies and surveys. • Management of investment projects • Financial monitoring. • Design and development of financial services and products.

• Concepts of new financial products and tools: Repos, CDS, swaps, Forward rate agreements, futures, Options. • Operation and use of these new tools and products, legal framework, users. • Location of these products and tools to the national economy, the global financial markets, and their role for businesses. • Concepts of ASE and ADEX • Global risk, market risk, systemic risk • Hedging, Arbitrage Strategies Straddle and Strangle.
