Welding Melting advantages-disadvantages, types of seams, gaps forms, seam thickness, strength control, good examples of welded structures. Welding pressure: form connections, cross-checking, examples of good construction. Bolts: General description, tightening torque ratio - axial force and its applications. Screws tightening: prestressing and operating forces, cold precipitation, setting the clamping torque, smooth operation specifications gland, control of resistance. Apply screws, rubber liners. Motion screws. Axes - spindles: Form, function, design. Airframe strength test in accordance with the technical directive VDI-Richtlinie 2226: Dynamic loading, equivalent voltage, size factor, area factor, form factor, retaining factor, security against dynamic fracture and against plastic deformation. Pins, splines. Fixed and mobile spindle couplings, clutches. Rolling bearings: Bearing Types and properties of all kinds, fixed-mobile bearing, floating bearing, bearing with preload, bearing damage, static strength check, lifetime calculation examples fitting of bearings.
