Applied Pastoral Theology


Introduction to issues about applied Pastoral such as systematic examination and finding of effective ways for the spiritual guidance of the ecclesiastical crew and the imprint of some ways to deal with pastoral problems according to the principles of ecclesiastical tradition and life.


Objectives

• Objectives of the course is to understand the principles, methods, institutions and conditions of the Church in dealing with pastoral problems of everyday life of the faithful. • After successful completion of the course the student is expected to know and understand how the Pastoral in addressing ithikopraktikon problems, the crucial contribution of the salvific work of the Church, the foundation, the cause of absence numbering of the Church sacraments in the Orthodox tradition and life, the possibility and necessity of meaning of ecclesiastical institutions, connection between Efchelaiou- divine operation; metanoias- turnout in the sacrament of the Eucharist, and the key role of the Orthodox self-consciousness of the representatives of the Church involved in ecumenical dialogue.
