BUSINESS PLAN


The purpose of this course is to provide students with an introduction in the process of writing a business plan. The importance and the usage of the main business function in planning, financing, and seeking for resources in writing a business plan is presented.

Objectives

Upon successful completion of this course, the student should: • have knowledge of the meaning and syntax example of a business plan. • have knowledge of the company's operations, the planning process within the company, the search for resources and funds from internal and external sources.

Prerequisites

Basic Knowledge Economic Enterprise, Business Administration - Marketing, Financial Administration.
