Course Aim: It is the understanding of the students basic concepts of linear programming with the addressee presentation of many applications. Course Aims The objectives of the course is the understanding by students of the following concepts: Linear as an important tool for making business decisions. Basic knowledge in modeling and solving linear programming problems Problem solving using PC Table of Contents Course Graphical method for solving linear programming problems Modeling complex linear programming problems Solving problems with the simplex method - sensitivity analysis Special linear programming problems (transportation problem and award) Modeling and solution of linear programming problems using PC
