History of modern Greek literature: Poetry


This introductory lesson presents the evolution of the early modern Greek poetry from the 14th to 18th centuries. The lectures focus on the literature of the Greeks under Latin domination. Every section includes poems of erotic, autobiographical, consultive and satiric nature. These poems present the historical, social and cultural backgrounds of the era that were written.
