Communication Management


The course aims to present the basic concepts of business communication and its contribution to the strategic direction of a company or organization.


Objectives

The aim of the course is the understanding of the multifaceted addressing issues related to business communication. The course aims to teach students to: • properly prepare public documents, commercial letters, personal documents, • prepare technical reports and meeting minutes, • know the techniques of good speeches and the use of auxiliary media, • know the use of graphical techniques for better communication, • know the means that technology offers to improve communication, • know the basic business communication methods, • prepare and present all key stages of a project, both internal and external environment of the enterprise, and finally • study, analyze and synthesize theoretical and applied in practice case studies of Business Communication primarily to Practitioners' works companies.


Prerequisites

General prerequisites and possible preparation for completion of the course: • BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION • INTRODUCTION TO COMPUTER SCIENCE
