Marketing of agricultural products


The production of agricultural products is not limited to the harvest but it also includes sales. Thus, Agricultural Marketing is of high importance in terms of defining both the rural income and the welfare of producers and consumers. The aim of this course is to give students a complete overview of Agricultural Marketing. In particular, the current course will introduce students to several different thematic areas, including marketing functions, pricing and marketing cost of agricultural products, consumer behavior, marketing structure, etc.
